Uniforms & Lockers

• Prescribed Uniform and Professional Grooming is mandatory to attend Classes/ Lectures/Practical/Events (All uniforms and guidelines for grooming would be issued by the college)

• Tool kit, Accessories, Journals, Assignments and Notes are part of uniform; so unavailability of this when it is required would result in disqualification to attend Lectures/Practical.

• Students must attend all Official visits, Excursions, Presentations and Events arranged by the institute in professional Uniforms.

• Students are advised not to carry or wear any expensive jewelry, Cash or Gadgets to the college premises as the college cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of Your belongings

• Duplicate key of your Locker needs to be submitted to college authorities as we uphold the right to check any locker at any time.

• The college does not take responsibility of the safety of your vehicles if parked on the premises. You may park on your own risk.

• Maintaining neat and clean Lockers/ Classrooms / Labs and overall premise is one of the responsibilities of the students.

Attendance

• As per the University, 75% attendance is a must to qualify to appear in semester exams.

• Any requirement to remain absent for more than 3 days at a stretch needs to be reported and documented by the respective parents of the student.

• Irregularity in attendance would be brought to the notice of the parents as and when required. Parents as well need to keep a track of their ward’s progress n coordination with the college authorities.

Discipline

• Well groomed appearance and disciplined behavior is one of the basic requirements of Hotel professionals.

• Students must attend all social and national events organized by the institute such as 26th January, 15th August etc. • ODC: Out Door Catering’ Students to follow the standards and rules of the college when it comes to ODC. Every Official ODC will be announced and the selectee few will be sent.

• College takes no responsiblityof any student gone for ODC without an approval from the Principal.

• Every Notice issued publically from time to time, is an official statement hence needs to be taken seriously ignorance cannot be an excuse.

• If any of the statements made in the application form or any information supplied by the student in connection with his/her admission is found to be false, his/her admission will be cancelled, fees will be forfeited and he/she will be expelled from the college & prosecuted as per rules of Government if necessary.

• Any change in the residential address of the student must be intimated in writing to the college office immediately.

Fees

• Please pay the Fees in regular installments or in lump sum within the Time frame advised.

• Any delay or avoidance in clearing the dues cannot be tolerated.

• Failure to pay and clear your dues within the time limit will result in NO Permission to appear for University exams.

Prohibitions

• Here is a list of things that are strictly prohibited on college premise. Anybody found indulged in any of the activities mentione below at any point of time will have to undergo some serious disciplinary actions.

• Absolute NO to Smoking, Consumption of alcohol, Chewing Tobacco(Gutkha/Khaini)& Abuse of Drugs or substance while in uniform or on premise.

• Ragging of students in any form within or outside the institute. Defaulters will face stern action as ragging is a legal offence.

• Causing structural damage loss to institute’s property will have he compensated as a part of the disciplinary action.

• Indulging in any Anti National activity will be looked after as a crime in legal terms and will be addressed as per the law of the land. The student can even be expelled from the college without any prior notice or explanation.

• A student shall not go to press or any other public media without the permission of the Principal.

• Usage of Mobile phone by students while on premises is abandoned. Any mobile phone found to be in use (switched on or off) will be confiscated immediately and a written explanation from the respective parents will be sought.
