Our first-year BSc students have truly demonstrated their budding culinary skills in today’s practical session! From crafting the perfect omelettes with a variety of fillings to mastering the art of poached eggs, their precision and creativity were on full display. Whether it was the golden perfection of sunny side ups, the fluffy richness of scrambled eggs, or the meticulous timing for perfectly boiled eggs, our students have shown that the foundation of culinary excellence is being laid right here at Jaihind College of Science, Salgaon.
